Assessment & Feedback – Ongoing assessments to measure achievement of outcomes, with comprehensive feedback on progress, performance, and results.

Interventions must be two-pronged. It must have a proactive element as well as a reactive aspect.
Each must be applied at appropriate times and in context. Interventions must ensure a favourable environment for productivity, while enhancing staff’s personal and team growth.
Learning programmes design and development are in line with the standard set by the Regulatory bodies.
The National Qualification Framework (NQF) principles are considered and incorporated into the development of the learning programme.

Delivery is in a form of lessons where the programme is facilitated and learners are engaged in class activities with the aim of having learners being able to achieve the outcomes.
